Innovation By Design Conference 2017

Design has become an important catalyst for innovation, economic competitiveness and better living, in a world where ideas matter more than ever. Leaders in the public and private sectors are recognising that design is more than aesthetics. Good design is good strategy. Companies, communities and economies are using design thinking to raise productivity, unlock new opportunities for growth, and improve the quality of everyday life.

The second edition of the Innovation by Design Conference, the Feature Conference of the Singapore Design Week, will see DesignSingapore Council partnering with international media company, Time Inc., and its Fortune, TIME and Wallpaper* brands, as well as government agencies, Public Service Division and SPRING Singapore, to present an exciting line-up of international and Singapore speakers. Design, business and public sector leaders will convene to share their experiences and insights on how design is a key driver of innovation, and how it has a transformative impact on individuals and corporations, creating game-changing possibilities for a better world.

Themed “Design • Innovate • Transform”, the Conference will present opportunities for participants to meet and network with leaders in the fields of design, technology and innovation, design thinking, customer experience, human behaviour and organisation transformation, including:
